3. Eligibility

5.1 Designer Participation
Designers wishing to participate in New York Latin Fashion Week events must:

Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner

Comply with all event rules, regulations, schedules, fittings, rehearsals, backstage policies, and venue requirements

Ensure all garments, accessories, and materials are safe and suitable for runway and backstage use
Acceptance into any event is at the sole discretion of New York Latin Fashion Week.
5.2 Model Participation
Models participating in New York Latin Fashion Week events must:

Complete any required registration, releases, and onboarding by the deadlines provided

Attend scheduled fittings, rehearsals, call times, and show-day requirements as communicated

Follow instructions from producers, stage managers, and other authorized staff
-
Maintain professional conduct and respect all participants and venue personnel
-
Represent that they are physically able to participate and will promptly disclose any limitations that could affect participation
-
If under 18, provide written consent from a parent/legal guardian and be accompanied as required by applicable law and venue policies
5.3 Staff, Volunteers, Contractors, and Media Participation
Staff, volunteers, contractors, and approved media must:

Follow all Company policies, venue rules, safety requirements, and confidentiality instructions

Wear required credentials and present identification upon request
-
Perform assigned duties in a professional manner and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
-
Not record or photograph restricted areas (including backstage) except where expressly authorized
5.4 Attendee Participation
Attendees must:

Purchase valid tickets or obtain authorized credentials

Present valid identification when required

Follow all venue rules and safety protocols

Behave in a professional and respectful manner
5.5 Event Changes
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events, venue issues, talent availability, production changes, or safety concerns.
6. Fees, Payments, and Ticket Policy
6.1 Payment Terms
All fees for services, event participation, and tickets must be paid according to the payment terms specified at the time of purchase or registration. Accepted payment methods will be indicated during the checkout process.
6.2 Ticket Policy (All Sales Final; Transfers; Rescheduling)
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by New York Latin Fashion Week, all ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including in cases of no-show, scheduling conflicts, weather, travel issues, or dissatisfaction with the event.
Ticket Transfers. If transfers are permitted for a particular event or ticket type, the ticket holder may transfer the ticket only in accordance with the instructions provided at purchase and subject to any applicable deadlines, verification requirements, and venue rules. We may refuse entry if a ticket is altered, duplicated, purchased from an unauthorized seller, or otherwise appears invalid.
Rescheduled/Postponed Events. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally be honored for the rescheduled date (or as otherwise communicated). If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we may, in our sole discretion, offer an alternative credit or option where required by law or where specifically stated for that event.
Event Changes. Lineups, designers, programming, venues, seating, and schedules may change without notice. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
6.3 Refund Policy (Non-Ticket Services)
Refund eligibility for non-ticket services depends on the specific service or event. Unless otherwise stated:

Designer participation fees may be partially refundable if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event (if permitted by the specific program’s written terms)

Service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email.
7. Intellectual Property and Likeness Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property (Website and Event Content)
All content on the Website, and all event-related content created by or on behalf of New York Latin Fashion Week (including but not limited to show names, branding, trademarks, logos, stage designs, event formats, photos, videos, recordings, livestreams, audio, graphics, and written materials) is owned by New York Latin Fashion Week or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any such content without our prior written consent.
7.2 Designer Intellectual Property
Designers retain ownership of their original designs and collections. By participating in our events, designers grant New York Latin Fashion Week a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to capture, use, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish images, video, and descriptions of their work and runway presentation for promotional, marketing, educational, press, and archival purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without additional approval or compensation (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
7.3 Participant Likeness, Name, and Voice (Models, Designers, Staff, and Attendees)
By attending or participating in any New York Latin Fashion Week event (including rehearsals, fittings, backstage areas, and related activities), you grant New York Latin Fashion Week a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, record, and otherwise capture your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance, and to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such materials for promotional, marketing, press, social media, and archival purposes in any media, without compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, you should not enter areas where recording may occur. Certain areas may be recorded at all times.
8. User Conduct
When using our Website and services, you agree not to:

NEW YORK LATIN FASHION WEEK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, ALLERGIC REACTION, DAMAGE, THEFT, OR LOSS OF PROPERTY THAT MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ATTENDANCE OR PARTICIPATION, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
